Both wines are 13.0% ALC by Vol. The Pinot Grigio is fresh and fruity with notes of green apple. Excellent body with a soft finish. Ideal with seafood. The Sauvignon has notes of red pepper and mint with a soft and lingering finish. Ideal with soups, risottos and fish and meat dishes. |

Domaine Borgeot Chardonnay and Pinot Noir From the Borgeot brothers, Pascal and Laurent, fourth generation winemakers in Remigny, just opposite the village of Santenay in Burgundy. 2007 Vintages. Both wines are 12.5% ALC by Vol. Limited Supplies Available. The Chardonnay is well-structured with the flinty minerality and that elegant finish that defines White Burgundy.
